Sarah is originally from Arizona and Southern California. She visited Incline Village many times over the past few years and then, after being stuck in one too many traffic jams she decided to move to Incline Village. During the past 20+ years she has been very active in commercial and residential real estate development and management.

Dave was born and raised in Manchester, NH and moved to North Lake Tahoe in the fall of 1988, where he attended Sierra Nevada College in Incline Village. After earning his B.S. Degree in Business Administration, he went on to help open one of the restaurants at the brand new resort in Squaw Valley. With a couple of years of management experience under his belt he and another college friend opened their own restaurant in Incline Village.
